Ten Daphne High School Seniors commit to colleges on National Signing Day.

Jordan Sampson and Jacob Latham

On National Signing Day Daphne High School had 10 seniors commit. Attendees included Daphne Mayor Dane Haygood, students, faculty, staff, family of signees, and community members. The event was held in Trojan Hall during the school day. Each athlete had an introduction by Coach Kenny King in which he said a few words about them and what college they were committing to. All of the signees spoke of feeling a strong sense of accomplishment over their achievements and thanked everyone from their first coaches to their mothers. DHS is proud and ready to see these student-athletes succeed at the next level.
